Loleta Riley
My name is Loleta. I'm from Florida and I've been a Personal Trainer over 10 years and enjoy training with a passion. It's a rewarding and fulfilling experience to transform bodies. My areas of specialty are weight loss, weight gain and body sculpting. I really enjoy sharing the knowledge of nutrition and how important of a role it plays in the transformation of physique. I usually stress to my clients that work out is important but a proper diet is 70% of the equation. Not only do I stress the importance of a beautiful outward appearance but also a healthy body. Most of my present clients saw it necessary to start training because it was highly recommended by a physician who made them aware of the fact that it was a life or death situation. Some were troubled with high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease and saw training as a lifesaver. I recommend workout as a preventative method and not just as a cure. My experience and hard work has enabled me to capture the following titles... Junior Ms. Jamaica, 1995, Senior Ms. Jamaica, 1996, Ms. Southern States Middle Weight, 2000, Ms. Southern States overall, 2001, Ms. Southern States Figure 2nd place, 2005. |
